Plenty of off-street parking on both sides at this home. There is an enclosed area under the home, which could be good for dogs or storage! There is an enclosed outdoor shower with floor, and a room that includes the full-size washer and dryer. The cavernous back yard is fenced and includes the 14x30 private pool – both the pool and fence are lit for safety at nighttime.
