The living room flows freely past the dinette picnic-table and into the bright, completely equipped kitchen. Bar seating at the countertop helps you share lively conversation with your travel companions as you whip up tasty, home-cooked goods.

As the sun rises, walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Swim, surf, lay out under the sun and walk along the coast while collecting shells and sea-glass. Surfer point break waves right outside the Kitty Hawk public beach.

Next you can take a dip in the community pool and hot tub that are open from 5/20/2024 to 10/09/2024. Dry off and appreciate a friendly game of tennis, basketball, or pickleball(set in garage), you can also head inside for a workout in the gym, or play various arcade games, including pool, ping pong and air hockey.

When my wife April and I first saw Sea Dunes, we instantly fell in appreciate because they have first floor garages with great resort amenities, and are only 70 steps from the beach! There are very few properties so sizable inside with 3 bedrooms, so close to the beach, with so many resort amenities that are still so centrally located. Plus you get multiple balconies with breezy ocean vistas. The Kitty Hawk Beach here is like no other running so close to the beach road. Nearly half of the residents @ Sea Dunes are locals and the others are long term 2nd home owners. This "Sunrise Retreat" is our little gem in the Outer Banks.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve.
