Features king size bed, flat screen tv, private bath with double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. Main floor includes enormous family room w/flat screen tv, well-equipped kitchen, dining area w/seating for six and new floor throughout. Living room has arcade game table and the couch converts to a queen size hide-a-bed. Second bedroom has two beds and flat screen tv. Third bedroom has queen bed, wall-mounted tv and a corner desk. Main floor bedrooms share upsized guest bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination. Back yard overlooks Seascape (public) golf course. Outdoor space includes hot tub, outdoor shower, bar table w/seating, two swings and gas barbeque grille. Walk or drive to the beach!
