A variety of beach chairs and toys are included for guests to savor. The garage includes an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand away after a day at the shore. Additionally, the laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are located in the garage.

The second floor contains two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

- The first bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony.
